Clean room, a decent size with comfortable beds. Location is about a 15-minute walk from Quattro Canti, making it handy for sightseeing. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy. Breakfast had a variety of pastries and surprisingly included hard-boiled eggs. no kettle in the room for making warm drinks, which made nighttime feeds tricky. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom every time we used it, and when I reported it, they only offered extra towels. Not ideal for families with infants, especially since there were no high chairs available during breakfast. good hotel but definitely needs to step up with their facilities for families.

Secure underground parking was a real convenience.
My experience was marred by a lack of basic hospitality. The reception staff seemed indifferent, as they left us standing outside in the cold for a while without any acknowledgment. I was disheartened to find that after waiting 15 minutes for the elevator, we ended up carrying our luggage up the stairs to the reception, which was incredibly inconvenient.

The secured underground parking is a great perk, especially in a bustling city with chaotic drivers. The hotel's proximity to the city center makes it accessible for those who want to explore the area on foot, even if the walk isn't through the prettiest neighborhoods.
Noise levels at night are a real issue. some rooms suffer from sounds such as snoring neighbors, which can keep you tossing and turning. The breakfast options leave a lot to be desired, with many guests noting a limited selection and quality that doesn't reflect local cuisine. the old furniture and room maintenance problems, like leaking showers that flood the bathroom, detract from the experience. The elevator can also be a nuisance, often occupied by cleaning staff, leading to long waits and making luggage transport a hassle. It also lacks high chairs or amenities for families, which makes it less ideal for those traveling with small children.

I stayed for 3 nights and found the room comfy, but the breakfast was pretty average, lacking good variety and quality. Chur for the helpful staff though!

Just a prime choice for a brief hiatus in Palermo with decent value for money. The housekeeping was really good, keeping everything tidy during our stay. Make sure to ask for a kettle if you need one. they don’t have any available on the premises.
